Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item should be returned in the condition received
- All accessories, cables, and included parts must be returned
- The item must be properly packaged for safe transport
For technical and used equipment, only handling necessary to inspect and test the functionality of the item is permitted (similar to inspection in a physical store).
3. Diminished Value (Important)
If the item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to compensate for any loss in value.
This applies in particular to:
- Extended operation or testing in real-world environments
- Visible wear, damage, or missing components
- Improper handling, installation, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect and test the functionality of the item, similar to inspection in a physical store.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend:
- Using a tracked and insured shipping service covering the full value of the product
- Retaining proof of shipment until the refund is completed
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: typically within 5–10 business days
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Business Customers (B2B) and Consumers (B2C)
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
Orders placed by companies, institutions, universities, research organizations, self-employed persons, or professional users for business, commercial, research, or professional purposes are considered B2B transactions and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If an order is placed with a company name, VAT ID, business email address, or institutional delivery address, we may treat it as a B2B order.
8. Pre-shipment Verification
For used technical equipment, we may provide photos or a verification video of the exact item before shipment.
The verification may show the item’s condition, serial number, included accessories, working status, and packaging condition.
By confirming shipment after receiving the verification, the customer acknowledges that the item's condition and included accessories have been reviewed and accepted as shown.
