  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • EU countries: 4–14 business days

7. High-Value Shipments (Important)

For high-value technical equipment (e.g. LiDAR, GNSS, industrial hardware):

  • Shipments are usually insured and tracked
  • A signature upon delivery may be required

8. Risk and Delivery

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

If you notice visible damage upon delivery, please:

  • Report it to the carrier immediately
  • Contact us as soon as possible

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders (outside the EU):

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
